A photo from a series I’ve been working on. Some of you may have seen these recently. I hope like them because I plan on producing a lot more. I just love the jet black. No details in the shadows for me from now on!
Leaves are stuck to a section of road surface in London, England on October 5, 2011. A combination of late summer high temperatures and an early fall of leaves onto a sticky non-slip section of asphalt created a leafy collage. I was taking photos of everyone sitting on the steps, enjoying the sunshine. These 2 guys walked into the shot. I only noticed later that one of them was missing a head.

Tomorrow is the last day of my exhibition of Brighton photographs at the Fisherman’s Gallery on the seafront. All pictures are for sale, why not pop down and wangle yourselves a bargain!

I think I’m going to have to get myself a copy of this book, just to see if there’s any more haircuts like the guy on the left has!
